Dalton Roberts Ross began practicing law in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1991, at the firm of Mayer, Smith and Roberts, LLP, with a focus on the defense of civil litigated matters. During the course of her first decade practicing law, she began representing clients in mediations and found her niche. She trained as a mediator at the at the University of Houston A. A. White Dispute Resolution Center in the Fall of 2000, and began mediating cases in 2001. In order to focus her practice and work exclusively as a mediator, Mrs. Ross left the firm and affiliated with Elizabeth Middleton Mediation Services from 2004 to 2011. She has now established her own practice, Dalton Roberts Ross Mediation Services LLC. Mrs. Ross has facilitated the resolution of disputes in a wide variety of litigated claims, including personal injury, automobile liability, workers compensation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, hospital liability, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, trucking liability, premise liability, and products liability.
